Tomorrow X Together, the sensational K-pop group, has hinted at an upcoming collaboration with Manchester City FC, suggesting a possible joint project on their recent hit "Do It Like That". The English football team subtly teased this collaboration on their official Instagram page, sharing a short clip of the K-pop members meeting Kevin De Bruyne, the team's midfielder.
This buzz comes just after Tomorrow X Together's recent appearance at the Lollapalooza 2023 in Chicago, becoming the first K-pop group to headline the famed music festival. After which it was announced that Soobin, Yeonjun, Beomgyu, Taehyun and Hueningkai are the newest brand ambassadors for luxury French maison, Dior — unveiling that their stage looks at Lollapalooza were custom designed by Kim Jones.
"Look out for the upcoming Man City x TXT collab featuring 'Do It Like That' on Roblox!" the caption read. The clip showed De Bruyne chatting with the group, signing a jersey for them, and expressing surprise at their seven-year journey together.
In another post, the UK Premier League champions again teased the collaboration, sharing an image of De Bruyne with the group along with the signed shirt. The caption reiterated that Tomorrow X Together met Kevin De Bruyne as part of the collaboration and confirmed the project's arrival on Roblox.
While the exact nature of the collaboration remains a mystery, this wouldn't be the group's first time working with well-known figures. Their recent song, released in July, saw them team up with the Jonas Brothers in a music video featuring the brothers performing the catchy pop song on a sleek, all-white stage.
