Louis Vuitton Launches Podcast Series Ahead of the Spring/Summer 2024 Show

The Louis Vuitton podcast, titled Louis Vuitton [Extended], is set to make its debut ahead of the Spring/Summer 2024 runway show in Paris on September 14. Hosted by the renowned French fashion editor and documentary maker, Loïc Prigent, this podcast will provide a captivating glimpse into the cultural history of the iconic French fashion house.
Scheduled to release every two months, Louis Vuitton [Extended] will spotlight the narratives of key figures who have played pivotal roles in shaping the brand. These include luminaries such as Nicolas Ghesquière, the creative director of women's clothing, Jacques Cavallier Belletrud, the master of scents, and Francesca Amfitheatrof, the artistic director of watches and jewelry. Notably, the podcast will also feature a diverse array of individuals, from designers, athletes, architects, to chefs, all contributing to the realization of Louis Vuitton's remarkable endeavors.
Each episode will run for a duration of 20 to 40 minutes, and they will be available on various online audio platforms, including Apple, Spotify, and Amazon Music.
The inaugural episode, which is set to air this Thursday, will introduce Pharrell Williams, the men's fashion director, who will share his fascinating journey from music artist to designer for the brand.
