It's a busy year for ASTRO's Cha Eun-woo and AROHAs are eating good this year with the K-pop idol and actor constantly working on new projects — Be it in the realms of acting or music, this man is doing it all! Case and point, Cha Eun-woo has just dropped his first solo EP titled, ENTITY together with a cinematic music video for his lead single, 'Stay'. As far as solo projects go, this one looks to be the most personal for Cha Eun-woo with the singer co-writing the lyrics to all six of the tracks in the mini-album. In a statement to the Korean press, his management agency, Fantagio relayed, "The album is meant to convey Cha’s raw emotions as Lee Dong-min — his real name — underneath the professional mask of Cha Eun-woo." Fantagio also highighted Cha's earnestness throughout working on the EP and determination to “live honestly while accepting all of [him]self” through ENTITY

This could be seen perhaps in tracks like 'Where am I' where Cha expresses moments of hollowness and feelings of emptiness despite his seemingly glamorous lifestyle. He also flexes his more rebellious side with the track 'Fu*king great time' on top of feel-good tracks like 'You're the Best'. With such a wide range, it's certainly great seeing the talented star express different facets of himself to his fans.

With the release of ENTITY, Cha Eun-woo will also be kicking off his solo 2024 Just One 10 Minute: Mystery Elevator tour, starting with a show in Seoul before visiting a whole host of countries including Thailand, Malaysia, Japan and Singapore. Cha will be performing songs off his ENTITY album for the first time during his tour, so fans, you won't wanna miss this one out!
