Maison Chisaka Celebrates the Mid-Autumn Festival with Moon Pleats
The quartet of Petit Pleats features seasonal flavours like White Peach with Orange Blossom, Coconut, Peanut Praline and Cream Cheese with Japanese Plum.
Maison Chisaka is a private Parisian pâtisserie by creative director Camille Chisaka. Originally trained as an architect at the prestigious École des Beaux-Arts before subsequently pursuing her true passion in the culinary arts at Académie Culinaire, Chisaka blends classical French techniques with Japanese savoir-faire to create her stylishly geometric cakes.
Beyond visual spectacle, the Maison's pleated cakes are known for their daringly novel flavours. From the delightfully fruity Signature Pleats to the artfully indulgent Chocolate Pleats, each creation is a veritable feast for the senses.
This September, Maison Chisaka is embracing the Mid-Autumn splendour with its seasonal Moon Pleats. The quartet of Petit Pleats comes in an assortment of delectable flavours including White Peach and Orange Blossom, Peanut Praline, Coconut, and Cream Cheese with Japanese Plum, ensuring that there’s something pleasing for everyone.
Pre-orders for the Moon Pleats are available at www.maisonchisaka.com, in limited quantities daily until 29 September.
